Measuring systems for the continuous and dynamic measurement of quantities of liquids other than water
Regular monitoring must be carried out to determine metrological reliability of measuring instruments over time, in order to protect public trust. Integrity of electronic seals and security labels must be actively monitored too, as required by current regulations.
Hence,we specialize in flow meter proving systems with a capacity up to 2000 l/min (LPG excluded) and in volume measurement ranging from 10 to 20,000 liters.
Therefore, thanks to our metrological laboratory, we can carry out tests on metering instruments used by other companies, which have an actual impact on product quality, and perform calibration of measuring instruments manufactured or repaired by our own company.
The metrological laboratory activities are organized according to a manual containing operating instructions, which can be divided into testing procedures ( methodologies to define a measurand within a defined scope of competence, by identifying the reference metrological traceability chain) and calibration processes (operational methodologies for performing the calibration of specific instruments or instrument categories)
